reliable test of SAA for some
time, as the clinicians here
consider it to be a more
sensative and better prognistic indicator than other acute phase proteins.

The advantage to us of using the Equinostic machine for SAAs is that the amount of reagent needed is very small, making the test economical to run, and the machine is small and straight forward, so there is little space needed and it is reliable.
